At Automate Your DM, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience possible. Below are the terms for refunds and cancellations for our Free, Monthly, and Annual plans.
1. Free Plan
- The Free plan does not require payment and can be canceled or discontinued at any time without any obligation.
- Users on the Free plan can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
- No refunds apply to the Free plan as no payment is involved.
2. Monthly Plan
- You can cancel your Monthly Plan subscription at any time.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
- Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrading from a Monthly Plan to the Free Plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual Plan
- You may cancel your Annual Plan subscription at any time.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
- Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current annual billing cycle.
- Switching from an Annual Plan to a Monthly Plan is not available mid-cycle. You may switch after the annual period ends.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you can:
- Go to your account settings in the Automate Your DM dashboard and manage your subscription

Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds for the current billing cycle, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Outage: If our Service experiences a prolonged outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) that significantly impacts your ability to use the platform during a paid period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period.
- Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization.
All exceptional refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Abuse of Refunds
We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who repeatedly subscribe and cancel to abuse the policy. Such accounts may also be subject to suspension or permanent termination. We track refund patterns and reserve the right to take action against accounts that demonstrate abusive behavior.
7. Verification Charges
During the account setup or subscription process, a small refundable verification charge may be applied to verify your payment method. This charge is automatically refunded within 5-7 business days and is not a fee for our Service.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
